- Hawaiian State taxes are a mandatory rental charge. Current
tax rates are 11.25%. This consists of a 7.25% Transcient Accommodations
Tax and a 4% State Sales Tax.
- Minimum stay with no charge for cleaning is seven nights. If your stay is less than seven nights, a proportionate charge
will be made for cleaning.
- Rentals of one month or longer are offered a 10% discount.
